  • Purchase a new second under the counter freezer
  • All stainless steel counter tops

  • Aikia kitchen cabinets
  • Ceramic tile
  • New paint job
  • Cost is estimated at $30k with a good level of design behind it

Table and Chair Storage Room off the Rayburn Hall Towards the Small Parking Lot

One of the issues with Rayburn Hall and the storage room is that everyone tries to store everything there and there is no room to manuver from the tables.  Another need is for this room to be vacated and turn it into a food and kitchen supplies room and cut a door into the kitchen (not in existing plan of the remodeled kitchen).  To do In addition all the chair storage in Rayburn does not give it a clean look.  Therefore, a storage room has been designed by taking out both windows at the end of Rayburn Hall and put in doors for access to the storage room.  There is not a good estimate for it yet but a rough estimate is $10,000.

Patio off Rayburn Hall for Picnics and Cooking Out

This is a very needed project for the focus of many of our Summer and Fall activities.  We have to wheel in someone else's grills and then they stay around for sometime in many cases because people don't take them home thinking they will be needed for other events.  The committee designed a simple set up and not very expensive with an estimate of $3000 with design characteristics of

  • Stone patio throughout the triangular area
  • Two large natural gas cookers permanently installed
  • 2 or 3 Tables with Umbrellas
  • Sinks with drains to code
  • Pass through to the kitchen
