Sunday School

... that is serious about studying the Bible.

Every Sunday Morning at 9AM we gather at the Christian Church to study the Bible. We call this time together "Sunday School." There are classes for everyone. You don't have to sign up in advance to take a class, you just have to show up. And if you don't have a Bible, don't worry about it, we'll be glad to give you one. So, consider this your cordial invitation to come and join us.

Can't Make it on Sunday? There is a mid-week Bible Study that meets in the Library on Wednesday night at 7PM. They are studying the book of Acts.

Adult Classes

1 John "From Believing to Knowing." Using material from College Press' Bible Study series, this is an in-depth examination of John's first Letter. Doug Partin in leading this study in the Rayburn Hall.

The Faith. Where do you turn when the critics and cynics question the very existence of God and the Christian faith? Charles Colson explains the foundations of faith, bridging the gap between belief, understanding and life. Chuck Fite and Pat McClure are leading this study in the Library.

Living a Life of Balance. In order for anything to balance in life, you must have a firm foundation, and there is no better foundation than the Bible. This study from

Women of Faith series is being led by Leta Harlow in Room 103 in the Education Wing.

The Power of Prayer. Where would we be without time on our knees? Heather McClenahan is leading a concert of prayer every Sunday morning in room 105 in the Education Wing.

Children & Youth Classes

Our ministry to young children (Nursery age) is lead by Mary Ellen Fite. She leads a wonderful team of volunteers who are excited about spending time with young children and teaching them about Jesus. They meet downstairs in the education building.

Our K-3^rdgraders are learning how to make Godly Choices. They meet upstairs in the education building.

The Tweeners (4^th-6^thgraders) are using SuperStart! Pre-teen curriculum from Standard Press. The Big Question: Do I have what it takes to share my faith? The Answer: A study of how and when Peter and John began sharing their faith. Marci Partin is leading this study in the upstairs of the Education Wing.

Joanna Gillispie is teaching our mid-highers on navagating the bumps and turns in life. They meet upstairs in the education building.

Ben Partin is teaching our High School Class. They are using the sermon series as their study guide. They meet upstairs in the educaiton building.
